Are pets allowed?
Yes! Cats and dogs are welcome to live with you. For cats, there is a one time fee of $125 for each cat (limit two). For dogs, there is a one time fee of $250 plus pet rent in the amount of $35 per month (limit one). Breed restrictions apply.
Do I have to obtain renters insurance?
Yes. Renters insurance is required as part of your lease agreement.
Is smoking allowed at the property?
No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property including inside your apartment.
Which utilities do I have to pay for?
Residents only pay for utilities that are billed directly from the utility companies. That includes your heating and cooking gas, electricity, internet, and telephone.
Does the management company pass through additional utility charges?
No! You will not receive any pass-through utility charges during your residency.
Is there a laundry room in the building?
Yes. A FREE washer/ dryer is provided in the building. You do not have to go outside.
Is there a bike room?
No. There is no bike room at this property.
Where can I park?
Free street parking is readily available.
